Jeremy’s newest venture, KnowledgeFlo, was birthed out of a desire to re-imagine all aspects of learning and talent management technology. After building enterprise learning and performance management systems at his successful TrainUp.com company, Jeremy realized both he and the industry were too focused on software and features and not enough on the people the systems were impacting. Jeremy believes with KnowledgeFlo Talent Management and Social Business is about to get a lot smarter.
Mr. Tillman founded TrainUp.com in 2004 to meet the growing need for a centralized training and learning technology resource. TrainUp.com connects training seekers to training courses from industry leading classroom and online providers such as AMA, New Horizons, Skillsoft, SkillPath, and Global Knowledge; offering courses in more than 100 categories including management, leadership, HR, IT and compliance. More than 50,000 companies have purchased training courses at TrainUp.com.
Jeremy Tillman is an honors graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville where he majored in Computer Science.
